Dear ITALY TEAM,

We have 11 travelers arriving in Rome at approximately 7:55 a.m. Rather than waiting at the airport for the rest of the team, arriving around 10:50 a.m., we suggest gathering together and heading to the hotel.

Hotel: Starhotels Metropole, Rome

Even if your rooms are not ready, you should be able to leave your luggage at the hotel and spend the morning sightseeing, getting something to eat, or relaxing until the rest of the team arrives.

Kimberly and Talvin Short will help coordinate the group and make sure everyone has arrived, collected their luggage, and is ready to head to the hotel together.

Please remember that you will need to be able to communicate with your driver, using translation into Italian if necessary.

The rest of the team arrives at 10:50 a.m., and we will meet everyone at the hotel. We’ll have dinner together that evening.
